Supporters Information Quit Rite

If you’re reading this - chances are that someone close to you is beginning the journey to life as a non-smoker. With the right products, process and most importantly education, this challenge is achievable. For the first time ever, we’re speaking with the friends and families of the “Quitter” to give
them an insight to the journey ahead and fill them in on what it takes to kick the habit onceand for all.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - Never underestimate your role in this process. This is a minimum 3-4 Month commitment for the “Quitter” that will result in a lifetime of benefits. Often, the chance of success are only as good as the support network around the “Quitter”. So you’re ready to be a supporter and help your loved one to Quit Rite? Get 100% below and you’re empowered to make a difference to someone else’s life! I am genuinely supportive of the person’s decision to quit.

I am willing to be patient and supportive of the person andencourage them even if/when they relapse.I am not critical and judgemental as this will affect thepersons ability to quit.I will assist the person by helping them engage in morehealthy activities that will keep their mind off smoking and help with the withdrawal effects.I will ensure that the person rewards themselvesappropriately and regularly.I have read the Quit Rite Support brochure and understandmy role as a support person.


How Can I Assist?

All QuitRite members have a personal QuitRite Diary andguide. Go through the workbook materials with the members as they go through it.
BE THERE! - Be there to give the quitter supportive encouragement and confidence to overcome the cravings, withdrawal symptoms and habits that they are breaking.
