This month I read book called “The Word of Art”. Its theme is RESISTANCE. The force of procrastination, of rationalisation, of finding excuses not to pursue the passion you have inside.

We all develop habits and they can be time wasting, addictive, boring, restrictive, emotionally & physically stressful, reduce your energy and passion for life & what matters to you.

In these times there are a very high percentage of emails cybering around, about love, caring, helping and working together. It is time to realign, to find out what your passion is – what would you like to achieve? What is your purpose in life – is it to be a writer, a mentor, and activist, a teacher?

Questions to ponder: What do I really love doing? What makes we feel really excited and proud? What have I been resisting to do?
