The Quit Rite Program is based on 4 key steps that you take in a time frame suited to you.
Step 1 – Realise Decision to quit.
Discussing your habit with our qualified QuitRite personnel will help you get to the bottom of why you smoke, and the driving factor. It involves planning to make the decision to quit and helping you become accountable for your decisions. We empower you to be completely in control of this process. There’s no pressure and no anguish.
Step 2 – Initiate the Design of your QuitRite plan – your personal plan – there is no generic answer.
We help you understand the mechanics of smoking and addiction and how the smoking experience is unique to you. We can formulate a personal plan that combines a wide range of therapies and products that assist you and help you QuitRite.
Step 3 – Take your QuitRite Plan and Action It
Quitting is more than theoretical – we’ll help you design an action plan that will take your plan and make it happen. Including scheduling, activities and documenting your successes, the action plan helps you take very real steps in the right direction. QuitRite’s pioneered a QuitRite diary and audio CD that contains all the information, tips and tricks for more successful quitting and all the checklists, notes and information that makes the QuitRite process so successful.
Step 4 – Enjoy Life as a non-smoker.
The habits gone and you’ve got a new lease on life. Now it’s time to get back into sport, to eat healthily, get those teeth touched up and enjoy the life you’ve really been craving!
