Dear Zest Club Members,

Merry Christmas, Club Members, It is amazing how quickly time passes & Christmas should allow us the time to reflect onhow wisely we have used our last 12 months.Economic uncertainty has provided a reality check; a chance to reassess & to look for other possibilities & options.

We could consider some questions - Do I enjoy what I do? Am I spending time in the areas that are important to me? Can I make the changes I must, to ensure wellness & happiness? There is one inescapable fact: "Our unknown limited time to love is our valuable possession". We need to guard it well for we will each be remembered by the love we give. When circumstances get tough, the tough get going. They look upon problems & challenges as opportunities & find solutions & new possibilities to overcome them. This is what I believe next year will be about.
